URBAN RETREAT BRAND-NEW DUPLEX 2-BEDROOM, Paris

The Urban Retreat Brand-New Duplex offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms across two levels. Each bedroom upstairs has central air conditioning, providing relief during heat waves. The living room includes a sofa bed, though opening it reduces walking space; the apartment is comfortable for four guests.

The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, oven, induction stove, and a Nespresso machine. The hosts supply shampoo, conditioner, hand wash, laundry pods, dish soap, dishwasher pods, Nespresso pods, salt, cooking oil, and sugar. A washing machine and a full-size drying rack are available for laundry.

The apartment is less than 1 km from Musée de l'Orangerie and a 7-minute walk to Opéra Garnier. The d'Orsay Museum is 1.5 km away, and the Eiffel Tower is 3.3 km from the property. Paris Orly Airport is 18 km from the apartment.

The hosts are responsive, addressing issues like a power outage within minutes by providing clear breaker box labels. A supplemental cleaning was provided for longer stays, leaving the downstairs floor sparkling. The apartment has been remodeled with new appliances and central air conditioning.
