Le Bristol Paris holds four Michelin stars across two on-site restaurants: Epicure with 3 stars and 114 Faubourg with 1 star. Cafe Antonia offers light meals and afternoon tea, and the Bar du Bristol opens after dark for cocktails. The hotel is the first Palace hotel in France to produce its own water, and it operates its own mill and bakery in the Ateliers du Bristol.

The 190 rooms and suites are among the largest in Paris, with furnishings from the Louis XV and Louis XVI eras.
