A washing machine, a heated drying rack, and a private entrance are included in the One-Bedroom Apartment. Chez Zenovia's kitchen has a stovetop, a microwave, and a dining area with a table and extra chairs stored under the stairway.

Chez Zenovia offers family rooms with tiled and parquet floors, a seating area, and a dining table. A guest family with a one-year-old received a pre-set baby crib, and the mezzanine sleeping loft was used by children. A grocery shop sits 60 meters from the Chez Zenovia entrance, and a fountain with seating fronts the building.
